  • Your personalised Reset Blueprint — a clear rehabilitation and capacity-building roadmap
  • Structured hands-on treatment where appropriate
  • Individualised exercise programming (home-based, gym-based, or hybrid), progressed throughout the program
  • Objective baseline, midpoint, and exit testing using VALD Performance Technology, with clear progress reports
  • Priority access during flare-ups, including guaranteed appointments within 48 hours
  • A clear exit plan so you leave confident and independent, not treatment-dependent

A Rehab & Performance Pack, including:

  • Aqua bag and resistance bands
  • Return-to-training flowchart
  • Pain self-audit and progress tracking tools
  • Recovery planner and red-flag checklist
